To be Renewed
I begin my message with a verse from the Quran: "Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves." (Ar-Ra'd: 11). Let's renew our beliefs to change and liberate
our thoughts, enabling us to renew our style and actions through continuous self-development without pause, experimenting without giving up, and striving until we succeed. Being renewed means organizing your priorities
and managing your time in general, and certainly in your relationship with your Lord, yourself, your work, increasing your income, and with your family and friends. So, be renewed for yourself, your body, your mind,
your spirit, your giving to others, and your community. A renewed person is like a child who forgets the results of failed experiments and starts anew with passion and determination. Surrender is not the opposite of
persistence; rather, being renewed means learning from past experiences, enhancing your strength and support derived from yourself, and bringing it back to you. The journey is paradoxical; it includes happiness and
sadness, difficulty and ease, laughter and tears. To be renewed means to have a balanced awareness of goals, identities, adventures, and positive energy. As Allah says: "And this worldly life is not but diversion and
amusement." (Al-'Ankabut: 64). You must balance both sides and choose your right path. Being renewed, ask yourself: what, how, and why? Your answers will lead you to the life envisioned in your mind. Strive and be renewed
every year, month, day, and hour. You cannot change your past, but you own the present and create the future. A person constantly changes in thought, and stagnation is not for humans. As Heraclitus said, "The only constant
in this world is change."
